Questa villa meravigliosamente accogliente e affascinante gode della migliore vista di tutta l'isola, di fronte ai famosi faraglioni e alla baia di Marina Piccola.

La Villa può ospitare 8 persone in 4 camere e 4 bagni.

Questa affascinante casa in pietra circondata da 300 metri quadrati di giardino mediterraneo. È situato su un sentiero, ma a meno di 50 metri dall'accesso in taxi e 300 metri dalla strada principale da Capri a Marina Piccola. È possibile raggiungere a piedi in 15 minuti la famosa 'Piazzetta'. Le spiagge sono anche a circa 15 minuti a piedi.

 

La villa dispone di tre ampie terrazze, tutte con vista sul mare con vista mozzafiato.  La prima che conduce all'ingresso principale della villa ha una vista mozzafiato sulla baia e sui Faraglioni. È possibile raggiungere la seconda terrazza da una scala dal giardino o dalla camera da letto principale con accesso diretto alla piscina rivestita in travertino.

L'ingresso principale della villa, segnato all'esterno da due "azulejos", tipiche figure di ceramica blu portoghese sul muro, conduce alla sala da pranzo e al soggiorno, che ha anche un camino.

Tutte le camere, la cucina e i bagni sono stati rinnovati nel 2016 e sono dotati di tutti i comfort.

Ci sono 2 camere matrimoniali e 2 bagni al primo piano. Al piano inferiore si trova la camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e 1 camera matrimoniale (doppia) con bagno privato.

Da queste camere è possibile accedere direttamente alla terrazza e alla piscina.

La villa non è adatta a bambini molto piccoli per la presenza di molte scale e piscina non recintata.

This wonderfully cosy and charming villa enjoys the best view of the whole island, facing the famous Faraglioni rocks and the bay of Marina Piccola.

The Villa can host 8 guests in 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms.

 

The villa has three large terraces, all overlooking the sea with stunning views. The first one which is leading to the main entrance of the villa, is furnished with a table and chairs made where you can have your breakfast sitting under pinetrees, and enjoy the breathtaking view of the bay and the Faraglioni.  You can reach the second terrace by a staircase from the garden, or from the master bedroom where you can sit around a confortable small and very elegant, travertine-lined swimming pool. All pool comforts are provided: beds, towels chairs, sun umbrellas, small tables, so that guests can relax and swim.

 

Interior:

The main entrance to the villa marked  on the outside by two "azulejos", typical portuguese blue ceramic figures on the wall, takes you into the dining and the living room, which also has a fireplace. The furniture and the "Vietri" tiles on the floor give to the house the tipical Capri style touch.  All the rooms, the kitchen and the bathrooms have been refurbished in 2016 and are fitted with all comforts including air conditioning.

There are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms  on the first floor. On the lower floor there is the master bedroom with bathroom ensuite and 1 double(twin) bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

 

This charming stone house surrounded by 300 square metres of Mediterranean garden. It is situated on a footpath, but less than 50 metres from access by taxis and 300 metres from the main road from Capri to Marina Piccola. You can reach it by foot in 15 minutes the famous 'Piazzetta'. Beaches are also approximately 15 minutes walking distance.
